The Portuguese National Council of Ethics for the Life Sciences is honoured to host the 13th Global Summit of National Ethics Committees – HEALTH CARE 4 ALL, alongside the World Health Organization and in close collaboration with UNESCO.
The theme of the Summit, HEALTH CARE 4 ALL, will focus on four main threads:
I. STRENGTHENING HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS
II. ACCESS TO INNOVATION: THE WAY FORWARD
III. HEALTH EDUCATION, PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
IV. HUMAN VULNERABILITIES: CONTINUING THREAT
